  Barista is not Friendly. Sunny isles location was better in terms of price, service, and quality of food although menu is the same. Bakery goods glass case had bugs flying on the food. :-(

  They were out of Turkey Bacon, hazelnut lattes, and the staff had a mean attitude towards the customers for ordering it. If they simply politely said,"I'm sorry, we don't have any." instead of nastily saying ,"WE DON'T HAVE IT." it wouldn't have been a horrible experience. Two things: 1: Management, ensure you have the proper stock for your products. Especially Turkey Bacon since it's in a bunch of your items. 2: The staff needs an attitude adjustment.
  
  And as I was writing this, I just saw a staff member throwing fruit into the blender with her bare hands and no gloves. Lovely.

  They took forever to get out our to-go order of an iced coffee, a sandwich, and a burger bagel. One server was loud and he was yelling at both the customers and other staff. It didn't have a calm or relaxed atmosphere, which you'd expect at a nice looking coffee shop like this. Many customers were waiting at the bar for a long time to receive their food and beverages. We had to sit for over 30 minutes for our order before we could get out of there.
  
  The place was clearly disorganized, with one server complaining that orders did not have tickets so they had to keep unwrapping the food to see what was inside.
  
  One bathroom was out of toilet paper and the other was locked. They didn't replace the toilet paper or unlock the second bathroom when told about it.
  
  We brought our food home and it wasn't great. The meat wasn't flavorful and it was too greasy for the bland flavor. The sandwich and bagel had too much mayo slathered on top to cover up the lack of taste. For such a well located coffee shop, it was run so poorly they didn't keep up with the orders. Definitely would not visit again.
