  Wow.
  Once in a lifetime experience here.
  Food and service was impeccable. Ate mostly off of the Miami-location-only menu, and it was some of the best food I've ever had.
  I almost licked my plate after eating a Sea Bass and truffle special, and the waiter saw me savoring the last little pieces in the sauce, and said "let me bring you some sticky rice". Like I said, impeccable service.

  I rarely have bad experiences but this was bad enough to leave a low rated review. The food was great and as expected. The service on the other hand was terrible. Not only was a starter and main course forgotten for just over an hour, but we had reminded and asked the waiter 4 times for our orders he reassured that he would speak to the kitchen. Finally our patience gave in and after a final request he stated the kitchen was back ordered and said that our orders won't be possible and that he wouldn't be added into the check... (logically). He offered no form of apology or compensation which for a more upmarket than average restaurant was the final straw for poor customer service. All in all after a terrible experience and $400 spent we had a spoilt evening.

  Very expensive, small plates, gross food. Rude waiter, mandatory gratuity included. Told the staff we felt like tourists getting screwed, they laughed said 'welcome to south beach.' +1 for honesty, but I won't be back.

  What can I say about Nobu? It's simply, the best. Exceptional service. Exquisite food offerings. Highly recommended.
